Delivery of Goods
3.1 Delivery is normally by DHL Express in order to avoid damage or loss of goods.
The cost of a single consignment throughout Europe is 30 Euro for a standard parcel, size 30x30x25.
For shipment to NO EUROPEAN TRADE AREA COUNTRIES will be added a extra cost of €.100,oo for custom documentation and €.100,oo for shipment.
Challenger S.r.l. reserves the right, on their own incontestable decision, to deliver ordered goods by a different means as they see fit.
3.2 The delivery times indicated by Challenger S.r.l. refer to goods available in their warehouses and, though carefully assessed, are not binding for Challenger S.r.l., who might confirm them or modify them as required. Any delays of less than 7 (seven) days do not entitle customers to refuse delivery or to claim associated compensation or damages.
3.3 Challenger S.r.l. is entitled to deliver goods (including goods from the same order) in successive consignments, it being understood that, in such cases, customers will be charged only once for transport expenses.
3.4 Special terms or conditions must be agreed in advance between customers and Challenger S.r.l. and accepted in writing by Challenger S.r.l.
3.5 Goods will be sent within 20 days after payment receipt.

The details communicated are for use in commercial communication. In all cases customers retain the right to request the cancellation or correction of the same, according to the provisions of the new "Code for the protection of personal details" in force since 1 January 2004.

Communications between Challenger S.r.l. and customers will be mainly by e-mail. Customers must undertake to regularly check their electronic mailbox in the days following requests and up until the conclusion of the contract, this being the regular delivery of the goods ordered, or following any other type of request made to Challenger S.r.l. The goods displayed in our web pages may be subject to modification and improvement. The present general sales conditions regulate the methods and conditions of sale of goods sold by Challenger S.r.l.
All contracts for the sale of goods by Challenger S.r.l. to third parties are regulated by the present general conditions, which are an integral and substantial part of all proposals, orders, and purchasing order confirmations for goods. The sales conditions applicable to a specific order are those in force at the time of ordering.

Products, prices, and technical characteristics
1.1 Unless otherwise stated, the prices of goods published by Challenger S.r.l. are before VAT.
When requesting an invoice customers must add 20% to the list price.
The prices of goods published periodically by Challenger S.r.l. cancel and replace previous prices and are subject to the availability of the goods.
Challenger S.r.l. reserves the right to confirm or modify the prices of goods published on their Internet web site or in printed information and advertising at the time of confirmation of orders from customers.
1.2 The technical and functional characteristics of goods as published by Challenger S.r.l. in their advertising messages or printed information are those indicated by the relative manufacturers.
Challenger S.r.l. do not accept any responsibility for the truthfulness and completeness of this information.
Unless otherwise stated, the manuals of use and software included with the goods are in the English language.
Product illustrations are indicative and not binding.
1.3 Goods are not provided on trial. While the Challenger S.r.l. staff can provide information about product characteristics, customers are responsible for the choice of goods ordered and the appropriateness and conformity of the specifications indicated by the single manufacturers with their own needs.

Controlled sale and limitations of use
Some of the products on the site are not freely available on the Italian market:
Transmitters - (all audio/video transmitters with power above 10mW).
Radio transmitters - (all radio transmitters with power above 10mW).
These items are intended for sale abroad or for government applications and Challenger S.r.l. declines all responsibility for the improper use of their products.

Orders
2.1 All purchase orders submitted to Challenger S.r.l. must be fully completed with all the necessary details for the correct identification of the ordered products.
Each order submitted to Challenger S.r.l. is a contractual proposal from the customer and is only binding for Challenger S.r.l. if confirmed and accepted by them.
The execution of an order by Challenger S.r.l. represents confirmation and acceptance of the same.
On reception of an order Challenger S.r.l. automatically sends out an acknowledgement e-mail, summarising the order. The customer may cancel an order within the first working day from the dispatch of the e-mail.
2.2 Challenger S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse incomplete orders.
In cases of the failure of Challenger S.r.l. to execute an order (when due to non availability of the products ordered by customers), Challenger S.r.l. will inform the customer as soon as possible, reserving the right to replace the goods with equivalent models in terms of characteristics, dimensions, and price.
If it is impossible to fulfil the requests of customers, Challenger S.r.l. will propose alternatives, and customers will have the right to cancel the order if these are not considered acceptable.
Challenger S.r.l. will refund any sums paid in advance for unavailable goods. In such cases customers will have no right to any discounts or damages.

Guarantee/warranty
4.1 Challenger S.r.l. guarantees only the material integrity of goods at the time of delivery (hereafter the "Challenger S.r.l. Guarantee").
Any problems in relation to the material integrity covered by the Challenger S.r.l. Guarantee must be reported by customers within and not later than 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
In cases of application of the Challenger S.r.l. Guarantee, customers have the right only to the replacement of the damaged goods upon return of the same, and no right for compensation for any form of damage, including ulterior damage. The cost of transport required for the replacement of products is payable by Challenger S.r.l.
4.2 Save the provisions of the previous article 4.1, Challenger S.r.l. does not offer any further guarantee on its products beyond that offered by the individual product manufacturers. Technical assistance and intervention under guarantee is provided, when relevant, care of the individual manufacturers, according to the terms and methods described in the documentation included with the goods themselves.
Challenger S.r.l. does not offer any guarantee as regards the compatibility of products with other products or equipment used by customers, nor do they offer any guarantee regarding the suitability of the products for the customer's intended applications of the same. The guarantee for the material integrity of products at the time of delivery does not include damage resulting from the negligence or lack of skill of the customer or resulting from acts of God, natural disasters, or caused by third parties.
4.3 It is agreed that from this time onwards, if Challenger S.r.l. is found to be responsible in relation to the customer, including cases of total or partial failure to fulfil obligations towards the customer in relation to the execution of a purchase order, the responsibility of Challenger S.r.l. cannot exceed the price of the products purchased by the customer and subject of the dispute.
